When to Expect 2023 NSFAS Payment

How To Be Eligible For NSFAS Funding

• Potential candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Being a citizen of South Africa is the first requirement.
• Since NSFAS does not support private universities, enrollment at a public university or TVET college is required.
• You must have won an SASSA prize.
• Candidates must have an annual household income of no more than R350 000 in order to be eligible.
•  To be eligible, a person with a disability must have an annual household income of no more than R600 000.
•  Students who started their studies before 2018 and whose annual household income is less than R122 000 are eligible.

NSFAS Appeals Procedure 2023

Due to the popularity of the NSFAS, it goes without saying that not every applicant will be accepted.
