Sassa Relief Grant Online Applications 2024/2025
The Social Relief of Distress Grant (SRD Grant) was created by the South African government with the goal of helping those who are unable to support their families financially. Similar to other SASSA programmes, the SRD award includes a minimum age requirement and a number of other restrictions. Each month, applicants who meet the requirements will receive a grant award of R350.
Along with personal information like name, ID number, and contact information, applicants must also supply information about their employment and income. After receiving the application, SASSA will review it; if accepted, the applicant will be paid R350 every month for a maximum of six months. Candidates must reapply for the SASSA R350, a temporary help, if their circumstances have not changed by the conclusion of the six-month period.
