I Can’t Access My Nsfas Account
I Can’t Access My Nsfas Account 2024
There are several reasons why some students are not able to log in to their Nsfas account but the common one has to do with when students enter their password wrongly three times on a roll. By this act, the system automatically locks up your account because the system has been designed in such a way that it prevents fraudsters from entering your accounts. But the good news is that, even if your account gets locked up or blocked, there is a way to unlock it so you can access any information on the platform.
Nsfas beneficiaries are therefore advised to be extra careful on how they handle their usernames, password and phone numbers because they serve as the security codes to their account by which they can log in, track their applications, check their balance and even make withdrawals. Beneficiaries are always advised to log out anytime they are done performing any transactions or when they are not using the platform.
Log onto your myNSFAS account and visit NSFAS Connect to unlock your my NSFAS Wallet. Create a case and upload a cellphone photo of your ID.
Mention that your NSFAS Wallet is locked and give your current mobile number.
