How To Unlock My 2024/2025 Nsfas Profile

Here is how to reset the NSFAS password to unlock your user profile in 2024:

Visit https://my.nsfas.org.za/Application/recovery.jsp
Enter your ID number and
Click on Submit (If you get User Profile that doesn’t exist, You need to re-register)
Select ” I can’t remember my password ” on the dropdown and click submit
Check your email for more instructions.

NB: The password you put should be unique, don’t use the old password. Your account will be unlocked immediately.

How To Re- Register For My 2024/2025 Nsfas Profile Does Not Exist

If your Nsfas profile appears as “profile does not exist” you need to re-register by following the process below:

Go to the official website of Nsfas @ www.nsfas.org.za
Click on the myNsfas Tab
Click on register
Tick the box to allow Nsfas to verify your details
Capture your ID number as it has been stated on the ID document
Enter your full name including your surname as on the ID documents
Enter your email address
Confirm the email address
Enter your cell phone number
Create a password
Confirm Password
Upload ID document
Click on register
OTP will be sent to the email and the phone number you provided( The OTP expires after 24 hours)
Type in the received OTP
Click on SUBMIT

To reset the Nsfas wallet follow the procedures below:

Log on to your myNSFAS account
Click NSFAS Chat to chat with one of their friendly consultants. To assist you with resetting your NSFAS Wallet account, and ID number as well as password
Provide your cellphone number and email address.
