NSFAS recently developed NSFAS Connect in an effort to enhance beneficiary communication. By enabling access from your myNSFAS account, NSFAS Connect makes it simpler for you to use NSFAS.

How do I Use The NSFAS Connect To Log Case

Choosing the “Get Help” tab
the classification for your specific query type.
Describe your search in the “Short Description” section.
Complete the “Description of the issue” form by supplying a thorough description of your concern.
Include an attachment if required.
Choose “Submit”

Will The NSFAS Connect Interface Allow Me To View My Cases

You will be able to see your cases via the NSFAS Connect interface, that much is true.

Go to www.nsfas.org.za and log into your myNSFAS account.
Select “myNSFAS”
To connect to NSFAS, click.
Select “My Cases”
You may see all of the cases you’ve submitted through the site here.

You can also phone or email to view your cases.

NSFAS will send you an email if there are any updates to your case. As an alternative, you can monitor NSFAS Connect for developments about your case.
