• By going directly to my.nsfas.org.za/mynsfas/selfservice, you can access the self-service website.
• Enter your email address and password to log into your account.
• Go to NSFAS Chat by clicking.

Contacting NSFAS Via Email

You can email the National Student Financial Aid Scheme by using their email address. How? Read on.

• On your PC or phone, launch Gmail.
• Tap the “+ Compose” symbol. It may be found in the top-left corner of your Gmail inbox. By doing this, a “New Message” window appears in the page’s lower right corner.
• The NSFAS email address must be entered next.
• info@nsfas.org.za. Enter info@nsfas.org.za in the “To” or “Recipients” text box found at the top of the New Message window.
• Insert a subject. Click the “Subject” text area, then enter the email’s desired subject there.
• Now type your email message, including any questions, concerns, etc. Include as many details as possible and any necessary files (images, PDFs, Docs, PPTs, etc.).
  Select Send. It is a blue button located in the email window’s lower left-hand corner.
• Await NSFAS’s response.
