Contacting NSFAS Via Email

You can email the National Student Financial Aid Scheme by using their email address. How? Read on.

Open Gmail on your computer or smartphone.
Select “+ Compose” by tapping it. Your Gmail inbox’s upper-left corner is where you may locate it. When you do this, a “New Message” window pops up in the bottom right corner of the page.
The following step is to enter the NSFAS email address.
info@nsfas.org.za. In the “To” or “Recipients” text box located at the top of the New Message window, type info@nsfas.org.za.
Add a subject. Enter the desired subject for the email by clicking the “Subject” text box.
Write your email now, addressing any queries, issues, etc. Include any essential files and as many details as you can (images, PDFs, Docs, PPTs, etc.).
Choose Send. It is a blue button that may be found in the lower left-hand corner of the email window.
