Who Is Eligible For NSFAS Funding
- a citizen of South Africa less than R350 000 is earned annually by the entire household;
SASSA awarded you a grant; - a public university is accepting applications from students seeking to begin their first undergraduate degree; you are enrolled in a report 191 or National Certificate Vocational programme at a TVET institution;
- To seek a degree, you wish to enrol in a public university or TVET college;
- You’ve previously submitted college applications, but your household’s annual income is less than R122 000;
- To qualify for NSFAS funding for a TVET institution, you must have completed Grades 9 and 10, while Grade 12 qualifies you for NSFAS funding for a university.
