Visit the self-service website directly at my.nsfas.org.za/mynsfas/selfservice.
For account login, enter your email address and password.
Navigate to NSFAS Chat.

How To Contact NSFAS Via Email

The National Student Financial Aid Scheme has an email address that you can use to get in touch with them. How? Read on.

Open Gmail on your computer or smartphone.
Select “+ Compose” by tapping it. Your Gmail inbox’s upper-left corner is where you may locate it. Doing so
opens a “New Message” window in the bottom right corner of the page.
The NSFAS email address is then info@nsfas.org.za. In the “To” or “Recipients” text box located at the top of the New Message window, type info@nsfas.org.za.
Add a subject. Enter the desired subject for the email by clicking the “Subject” text box.
Now use IE to enter your email message. any inquiries, worries, etc. Include any essential files and as many details as you can (images, PDFs, Docs, PPTs, etc.).
Choose Send. It is a blue button that may be found in the lower left-hand corner of the email window.
