2. Disability Grant
Eligibility Criteria:

3. Child Support Grant
Eligibility Criteria:
- For primary caregivers of children under 18 years old.

- Both caregiver and child must reside in South Africa.
4. Foster Child Grant
Eligibility Criteria:
- The child must be placed in foster care through a court order.
- The caregiver must provide the court order when applying.
- No means test is applied.
5. Care Dependency Grant
Eligibility Criteria:
- For caregivers of children with severe disabilities.
- The child must be under 18 years old.
- A medical assessment must confirm the severity of the disability.
- Both caregiver and child must meet the means test.
6. Grant-in-Aid
Eligibility Criteria:

- The person must require full-time care from another person.
7. War Veteran’s Grant

- Must have served in World War II or the Korean War.
- Be 60 years or older, or disabled.

8. Social Relief of Distress (SRD) Grant
Eligibility Criteria:
- Provided for temporary financial aid in times of crisis, such as unemployment, disasters, or health crises.
- Applicants must be South African citizens, permanent residents, or refugees.
- For the COVID-19 SRD grant, individuals must be unemployed and not receiving any other income or grant.
