New applicants who are willing to apply for Nsfas funds, check the progress of their application and update their personal details will first need to create an account with Nsfas. An applicant who is interested in making an application to secure funds for their education for 2024/2025 from Nsfas should proceed with the application process by visiting the official website of Nsfas and following the needed instructions as provided by the scheme.
Applications for Nsfas for 2024/2025 will be open from the 28th of September and the application will be closing on the 31st of January. Applicants applying must make sure they provide a working email address, and a phone number because that will be the only medium by which Nsfas will contact and communicate with you concerning your application.
Accepting the terms and conditions is crucial since it enables NSFAS to verify the data submitted in the application. - Type in your own Cellphone number

- Create a Password, To (protect your account)
Note: ID number, Name and Surname are validated against the Department of Home Affairs database. Only valid South African ID information will be accepted.
